1. Cancelling your order
The buyer can cancel his/hers order at any time before he/she accepts the goods. The seller can cancel the order if the buyer hasn´t completed the correct or didn´t complete the contact details, failed to meet the terms of order, the goods are no longer available on the market or the price has changed significantly and the buyer does not accept the new price. If the buyer has already paid a portion or the whole purchase price, the amount will be returned subject to agreement between both parties.
2. Returning the goods
The buyer can withdraw from the contract in accordance with clause 53 par. 7 of the Civil Code within 14 days since taking over the goods without stating the reason if the contract was made using remote communication tools. In case of such a withdrawal, the following procedure applies:
a) You deliver the goods undamaged, without any signs of use or damage, including the receipt, warranty sheet, Czech user's guide and all supplied accessories, within 14 days since goods takeover to: Smart Balloons s. r. o., Zábrdovická 827/10, 615 00, Brno.
b) The date of sending matters for counting this return period. We recommend taking out insurance for the goods you are sending. Do not send the goods as a registered letter, we will not accept the package.
c) Return the goods ideally in undamaged and intact packaging. If the packaging is integrated into the product or the packaging material must be preserved due to the nature of the product (e.g. balloons packaged in batches), the packaging must be intact upon goods return.
d) We will return your money within 30 days following your withdrawal from the contract.
e) If the value of the new product was reduced due to product use, then this value reduction will be deducted from the amount to be returned, as provided in section 458 par. 1 of the Civil Code.
3. Responsibility for defects
The warranty period starts on the date of goods delivery to the buyer or end user for goods sale. The seller provides a quality and goods completeness warranty. The goods are delivered with a 24-month warranty period. If the buyer finds defects upon goods receipt, he/she must always notify about these facts in writing and by registered mail without undue delay, but no later than within 3 days since goods receipt.
