Our clients often contact us saying that the eco-house and metal collection sometimes reject these bottles when returning them. As a reason, they state that their bottle "exploded" during disposal. This means only one thing - some customers took the bottle to the collection center thinking it was empty. But it wasn't. That's why we've prepared a small guide for you on how to prevent problems.

On the top of the bottle there is a metal cap approximately the size of a coin. This metal cap must be peeled off (punched through) and this will make it absolutely clear that it is an empty bottle.

Before removing the metal cap, it is necessary to make sure that all the helium has really been consumed. You must be absolutely sure that the bottle is empty. Then remove the inflation valve from the bottle. Then, using a simple home tool, remove the metal "patch" in the upper part of the disposable bottle.

When handing over the bottle, you can inform the metal collection staff that the bottle is open and therefore definitely not under pressure. So there will be no reason to reject this metal waste.
