Protection of personal data and cookies
- Protection of the personal data of buyers who are natural persons is provided by act No. 101/2000 coll. on personal data protection as later amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act").
- The buyer provides his/her consent with the processing of personal data (especially name, surname, company name, address of residence or place of business, delivery address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address and telephone contact, hereinafter "personal data") and the seller represents that these data will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable and effective legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The buyer hereby agrees to the processing of his/her personal data entered during his/her possible registration of the user profile and individual orders placed through the web interface of our store. The seller hereby represents that the personal data of the buyer will be used on the basis of this consent only to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract (buyer's order), or marketing events of the seller and seller's internal statistics. The seller will not make personal data available to any third parties with the exception of third parties involved in distribution or payment for the goods ordered (especially the communication of the name and address of delivery). In this case, the seller is entitled to make available to third parties particularly the name, surname, address, telephone contact of the buyer and the buyer's electronic (e-mail) address, and the buyer gives his/her express consent to this.
- For the purposes of this consent, personal data shall also involve the so-called "cookies" within the meaning of Directive 95/46/EC. The buyer agrees that cookies may be stored in his/her PC. If it is possible to perform the purchase on the website and fulfill seller's obligations under the Purchase Agreement without cookies being saved on buyer's PC, then the buyer can revoke his or her consent according to the previous sentence at any time.
- Possible additions in relation to online payments – depending on whether they are possible.
- Personal data will be preserved for an unlimited period of time. Personal data will be processes digitally in the automated way or in print in the non-automated way.
- The seller may assign the processing of buyer's personal data to a third party as a contractor.
- The buyer acknowledges that he/she is obliged to state his/her personal data (when ordering through the web interface of the store or when entering data within his user account) correctly and truthfully. The buyer is further obliged to inform the seller about any change in the data stated, without undue delay after the change has occurred.
- The buyer agrees that the seller can send information relating to the goods, services or business of the seller to buyer's e-mail address and also agrees that the seller can send business messages to buyer's e-mail address. The consent according to the previous sentence is not a pre-condition for concluding a purchase contract.
- The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he/she was informed that personal data is provided voluntarily.
- Where the buyer believes that the seller or contractor for personal data processing processes the personal data at variance with the protection of private and personal life of the buyer or at variance with applicable legislation (particularly if the personal data is inaccurate with regards to the purpose of its processing), then the buyer can ask the seller (or processor) for a clarification or request that the seller (or processor) rectifies this situation.
- If the Buyer requests information on the processing of his/her Personal Data, the Seller is obliged to provide this information to the Buyer. The Seller has the right request an adequate fee for the provision of information in accordance with the previous sentence, the amount of which must not exceed the costs necessary for information provision.
